SUNDAY'S RECIPE

Brisket & Rib Rub

3 TBSP white sugar 3 TBSP powdered sugar
3 TBSP table salt 3 TBSP black pepper
2 TBSP paprika 1-1/2 TBSP dry mustard
1 TBSP onion powder 1 TBSP garlic powder
1 TBSP allspice 1/2 TBSP red pepper(cayenne)

Combine all and mix thoroughly, store in airtight container. Sprinkle liberally
onto rack of ribs or brisket, wrap in cling wrap & store in fridge 8 hours or overnite.

Smoke on low heat with fat cap up, touch up any areas that don't have rub on them.
