went grocery shopping yesterday, they had choice grade chuck roast for $2.10/lb, so you know what that means...kabobs! I marinated big chunks of roast in my teryaki marinade overnite, then threaded on skewers with baby onion, zucchini, and fresh mushrooms, and sprinkled on some rub....
